Just Released: Dual Use Short
All of our guy friends showed a distinct lack of interest when we brought up the idea of designing a men’s swimsuit last year. For a pair of shorts worn sparingly, swim trunks weren’t a valuable commodity. This peaked our interest and led us to develop the Dual Use Short. In order to expand the use of a higher quality US made swim trunk, we made the liner removable (it buttons into the waistband) so that a man could also work these into his regular summer wardrobe.
The fabric for this garment is milled in Massachusetts with a Hydrowick coating for wicking moisture management and the liner is made with high quality Toray Japanese mesh. The Dual Use Short also has a double snap closure at the waist, no zipper, trouser pockets and back pockets. Inside the back right pocket, there’s a metal ring for your keys.
In an effort to support the rebuilding in Japan, the origin of many of our fabrics, we will be donating 40% of our proceeds from clothing sales between March 23 and April 3, 2011 to Red Cross. Details Here.
